"Teach me Thy way, O Lord; I will walk in Thy truth: unite my heart to fear Thy name." Psalm 86:11
We need to know God's way concerning everything in life. He has recorded in His holy, inspired Word the way He would have us live and walk. It has been preserved for us down through the years, and it is our privilege to study God's Word.
Only the Lord by His Spirit can cause us to walk the way God would have us walk. He has planned it so that we have to invite Jesus into our hearts as Savior and Lord in order to truly learn His way and walk in His truth. May He unite our hearts to fear His name. What a blessed constant walk of holiness and peace we have through Christ Jesus our Lord.
Teach me Thy way, O Lord, this day,
And help me walk in Thy truth alway.
Unite my heart to fear Thy name-
Ever aware Christ took my blame.
