"I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever." Psalms 52:8
The Lord is merciful. Every day we see new mercies that are given to us because of Calvary. When we have a bad day and things seem to be going wrong for us, we can trust in the mercy of God. When we have a decision to make, and no one is there to advise us, we can trust in the mercy of God to help us make the right decision.
When we have tried our best to get a job done and still haven't finished, we can trust in the mercy of God to help us get it done. When there is a bill due and our hard‑earned money has run out, we can trust in the mercy of God to supply the need. When our car breaks down and we have an appointment to meet, we can trust in the mercy of God. He does see our need. He will come to our rescue.
I trust in the God of mercy,
Not just now, but eternally.
He cares about all of my life:
The good in our days and also the strife.
