"Unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ."  Ephesians 4:7

Because Christ Jesus gave Himself for us, we are given grace in the measure we need it.  Someone has defined grace as:

      God's

      Riches

      At

      Christ's

      Expense.

Sometimes we fret because we don't know what we will do or how we will face certain challenges in the future.  Let us always remember that the Lord will give us the measure of grace  we need and as we need it, and not before.  That will save a lot of heartache and pain.  Jesus died for us to provide the grace we need.  It is a gift to us from Christ.  It will surprise us how easily the Lord works out our problems when we put our complete trust in Him.

God gives me His grace today

As a precious token on my way.

The measure of the gift of Christ

Goes far beyond a bound or price.
